I'm coming with a couple guys that will be staying at the Royal Windsor
hotel. One of my co-workers says to avoid the restaurants off the central
plaza because of slow service. I'll see if I can get any recommendations.
Unfortunately the 2 guys who have spent the most time in Brussels have both
been out.
