Thanks for your contribution!
I'm not a native user of Traditional Chinese, but since I can read it, I
try to review this patch.
Most of them look good to me, but there is an issue of punctuation that
Microsoft's style guide[1] prefers half-width punctuation
for colon : , semicolon ; , exclamation mark ? , question mark ! , and
parentheses () [] when in software UI, I think we want to
follow this guide for Wine's translation. I know the current Chinese
translation doesn't handle this very well, I think this is a
good chance to correct them.

Any reason to change it from 識別碼 to 識別號 ? For me, these two are very
similar, and it seems that Windows also preferred 識別碼 or
授權單位金鑰識別元[2], I doesn't see any reason to modify it. But sure, I'm
not the native user, it is fine if this is preferred by native user in
Taiwan (Maybe people from Hong Kong will have a different preference?
But that should go into a separated translation file for 'Traditional
Chinese (Hong Kong)' (zh_HK), if so.).
